Taco stack

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 5 9-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 6 green onions, sliced shredded lettuce, tomatoes, diced avocados, additional sour cream - for topping
